Our Team
At Harbor Hills, our year-round staff truly think of themselves as a family. By combining our individual talents, knowledge, and passion for camp, we create an experience for campers that is absolutely incredible. Nothing is better than the feeling we get when we see all of our months of hard work and planning come to life as our campers enjoy another awesome summer at Harbor Hills.
We love to talk about camp all year long, so give us a call at any time – we are happy to answer any of your questions, or better yet, come out for a visit and meet us in person.
Summer Staff
At Harbor Hills, we have assembled a team that are not only experts in their fields, but also have a genuine desire to a have a lasting and positive effect on children.
Our
Division Leaders
act as your eyes and ears here at camp. They are all teachers and school professionals (and many of them are parents too) so they know exactly how to meet the needs of your children.
Our
Specialists
are certified teachers and coaches. They have the know-how to actively engage your children in activities while making each new experience exciting and fun.
Our
Counselors
are all college-aged with a desire to work with children. While their primary job is to accompany their campers from activity to activity and keep each child safe, they know they are also serving as positive role models. Counselors are with their campers every day and take the time to get to know each one of them.
International Staff
One of the most unique parts of each summer for our campers and staff is getting to interact with staff members from around the world. Each summer, Harbor Hills brings staff from countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and more.
These staff members all have a desire to enrich the lives of children and also provide an introduction to a variety of cultures from around the world.
LUNCH
For our campers with special dietary needs, we have a completely separate kitchen where we prepare meals that are vegetarian, vegan, kosher, gluten-free, or egg-free.
We are a peanut and tree nut aware camp, and we do not serve foods with nuts of any kind.
Transportation
Safety is always our number one concern, and all of our buses are equipped with seatbelts, air conditioning, and a GPS monitoring system. All of our bus routes are driven by our Transportation Coordinator as well as our bus drivers before camp begins to ensure that we are using the best route possible.
